About Our Products
Bee Plug manufactures and sells innovative plugs
designed to cover the lift openings of compatible
irrigation valve-box lids.
Our products are intended to help prevent bees
and other pests from entering through these
openings while allowing maintenance crews to
access valve boxes when necessary.
Bee Plug products are available in:
- Regular and Jumbo sizes.
- Green for potable water valve boxes.
- Purple for recycled water valve boxes.
Product availability and specifications may vary.

Product Compatibility
IMPORTANT
Bee Plug products are designed for specified
newer NDS irrigation valve-box lids.
Our products are not guaranteed to fit all
valve-box brands, models, or sizes.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product
descriptions, measurements, and compatibility
information before purchasing.
Special-order sizes may be available upon request.

Pricing and Payments
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless
otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes and shipping
charges will be calculated or disclosed during
checkout.
Bee Plug accepts payment through the secure payment
methods made available on our website.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or
product-description errors and cancel affected
orders, with appropriate refunds where payment
has already been collected.

Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed according to product
availability and production requirements.
Estimated shipping and delivery times may vary
based on order size, location, and carrier
availability.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate
delivery information.
If an order cannot ship within the promised
timeframe, Bee Plug will provide the notices,
cancellation options, and refunds required
by applicable law.

Returns and Refunds
Eligible standard products may be returned
within 30 days of delivery
under our Return Policy.
Custom-made and special-order products are
generally nonreturnable for change-of-mind
reasons.
Customers should review our separate Return
Policy and Refund Policy before placing an order.
These policies do not limit rights provided
by applicable law.

Proper Installation and Use
Bee Plug products should be installed only
in compatible valve-box lids.
Customers should verify proper fit before
installation and avoid forcing a plug into
an incompatible opening.
Bee Plug is not responsible for damage resulting
from improper installation, alteration, or misuse,
except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Bee Plug is designed to help reduce access points
for bees and other pests but does not guarantee
that all bee activity, nesting, or pest entry
will be prevented.

Product Modifications
Bee Plug may update product designs, dimensions,
colors, and specifications as improvements are made.
Product descriptions will reflect the applicable
version offered for sale.

Intellectual Property
The Bee Plug name, logo, website content,
product photographs, and original marketing
materials are owned by Bee Plug or used with
permission, as applicable.
Unauthorized copying or commercial use is
prohibited except as permitted by law.
Any patent rights or patent-pending status
will be identified accurately according to
the product's actual legal protection.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law,
Bee Plug is not liable for indirect or
consequential losses arising from improper
use, installation, or product incompatibility.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes
or limits liability that cannot legally be
excluded or restricted.

Privacy and Customer Information
Customer information collected during purchases
and inquiries will be handled in accordance
with Bee Plug's separate Privacy Policy
and applicable privacy laws.

Changes to Terms
Bee Plug may revise these Terms & Conditions
as needed.
Updated terms will be posted on our website
with a revised effective date.
Changes will not retroactively eliminate rights
under orders already placed.

consumer protections that apply.
